Mike Beliefs About God.

I am trying to put this in a way that most people can understand. I know that there are many people out there that think that Christians are "brainwashed" and do not have a mind of their own, hearing things quoted out of the bible as a response to a question without any understanding or conveying that understanding.

If anything I type here offends any Christian, tough. Take it up with God and ask Him why you should be offended and e-mail me the answer.

The Base-Line Statement that Christians make
"I believe that Christ died for my sins and that I am saved."
That is what most Christians believe, and it is true to a degree.

I think that there is a lot more than just believing. There must be a "relationship" between God and man, much like a relationship one would have with a best friend. God did not intend man to go his own separate way do what ever he wanted, God wanted man to be in relationship with Him.
